We love to sit down and meet our couples, but we understand that it can be hard to coordinate schedules and to come by for a tasting. And that some couples may not be local and able to come to us.

So you have the option of having a tasting box shipped overnight to you.

We offer a de-constructed tasting. 

You pick 2 cake flavors and 5 fillings (in addition to the vanilla buttercream and our signature salted caramel buttercream which are already included), this way you can mix and match at your will and try multiple flavor combinations. 

After you pick out your flavor it's time to discuss your cake design.

If you have a picture of the cake you would like, you can simply email it to us and we will reply with a quote and a form for you to complete your wedding cake order.

If you would like to discuss your cake design in more detail we can schedule a video call. The call would be scheduled during business hours Monday thru Friday. 

There is an $85 fee to schedule the tasting box shipping. From this fee, $60 will be applied to your wedding cake order and $25 is the shipping cost.

If your wedding is at one of the venues that we partner with (Rolling Hills Country Club, Trump National Golf Club Westchester, and Marigold's on Main) you only have to pay the shipping cost.)

The tasting boxes are shipped from Tuesday to Thursday and would arrive to you from Wednesday to Friday.

We require at least one week's notice to ship the tasting boxes.

We recommend a 2-8 months' notice for wedding cakes. But, depending on our availability, we may be able to accommodate last-minute orders.
