We enjoy turning cakes into works of art, but we should never forget that cake is food and it’s meant to be delicious!
And delicious they are! To ensure their deliciousness, we make each cake, filling, and dessert from scratch using only premium ingredients such as: European style butter, Madagascar pure vanilla, Swiss preserves, French fresh fruit purees, and Swiss chocolate; no mixes, no shortening, no short-cuts. Each tier consists of four layers of cake and three layers of filling. Before decorating, we frost our cakes in vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and often cover them in a thin layer of fondant.

We use only Swiss Meringue style buttercream on our cakes and cupcakes. This type of buttercream takes longer to make
but it’s very creamy and airy consistency that just melts in your mouth is worth it!
